LumiaBulbs will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the shipment of your order.
Returns must be first acknowledged by LumiaBulbs prior to return. To obtain an RMA number and initiate the return process, please contact the customer service department via telephone at 613.796.2924 or by e-mail to info@lumiabulbs.com
All packages sent to LumiaBulbs must have an RMA number issued and printed clearly on the outside of the package. A lack thereof will result in the item being immediately restocked and no credit or refund will be issued. If the RMA number is not clearly printed on the outside of your return package, the package will either be refused by our shipping department or restocked without question. A thirty percent restocking fee is applied to all valid and authorized returns. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
We hold the right to refuse any credit or exchange request due to improper handling of products causing damage outside of the warranty perimeters. (Example: non-dimmable product used on dimmer switch)
All shipping expenses incurred during the exchange or refund process are solely the responsibility of the client and not of LumiaBulbs. All and any shipping fees included in the original purchase are NON refundable unless noted otherwise.
